Winter Olympics

 THE WINTER GAMES

Every four years, athletes from around the world gather to compete the winter games of the Olympics the athletes, who train  extremely hard are chosen to represent their countries. The game begin with the opening ceremony, where the athletes parador Infront of an audience. 

THE EVENTS

The winter games is comprised of many different events. There are sledding events such as the bobsled and the snowboarding. there also team sports such as ice hockey every Olympic some new events are added such as alpine, whi9ch was added in the 1998 Nagano Olympic games.

WINNING  

The dream of every athlete is to make it to the podium, which is where the meddles are handed out. The first place winner receive the gold medal and have the honor of hearing their countries national athletes  played the second place winners  receive the silver medal and the third place winners receive the bronze medal often, the winners are determined by who has the fastest time. Events such as the luge skating are determined by a panale of alpine who gave marks according to. artistic and technical ability.

 I agree that there should be sign language in schools because the people who cant talk or hear they can learn sing language to teach others  to learn how to communicate. If questions are asked it can be answered using sign language. Sign language is a very special language and has the same ability’s as any other language’s that why I believe sign language should be taught.
